About Mark Combs:

I have been designing brands since 1990. I have served at Advertising Agencies, Design Studios, Corporate Marketing Departments, and have been self employed since 2006 serving clients all over the world. I have also been fortunate to teach at my alma mater, Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology. It has been a great honor and I have found it to be very rewarding.

As the former Dean for the School of Visual Communications at OSUIT, I have had the pleasure of working with Mark Combs for almost 30 years in one capacity or another. First as a student and then student worker. After that as a design professional, and advisor & advocate of the program. Later as a fellow instructor and colleague. And finally, as his direct supervisor. Mark has been one of my closest and most consistent collaborators, confidants and friends in the design and educational arenas. He is an exceptional talent, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the table every time he was asked and many times suggesting alternatives when there seemed to be only walls in front of us!
Mark has been a bedrock to build on and I have come to depend on his good nature, willingness and fortitude through both good and trying times.
